
Since Ígor brought some Tibicos fungi with him we have been making Tibicos to drink. Mostly with just water and brown sugar. Since a few days I have been experimenting with making it with green tea & black tea, which makes it taste more like kombucha. If you have some good recipes let us know! We’ll share ours after some more experimentation.
