
Upscaling our local bubbly “softdrink” making operation from our humble beginnings. Our lovely tibicos fungi are multiplying and now we are making one batch of 12 liters and 3 x 3 liters until we get another 12 liter container. The red are the hibiscos variation. After much experimentation, we are slowly perfecting the recipes. Managed to get it almost as fizzi as champagne.
